KETIDURAN.....

Assalamualaikum.....

Sejak akhir2 ni.
Aku asyik tidur lewat je.
Bangun pagi nak subuh pon mamai2 je.
Pastu nanti mesti ngantuk balik.
Kalau ngantuk balik, mesti tidur balik.
Haish.....
Susah...susah...
Practical days sudah hampir.
Kalau asyik camni je, nanti time keje mamai2.
Angkat patient bergoyang-goyang.
Positioning, centering, sumer abes melayang.

Sebab tu lah.
Ari ni aku tergerak hati nak carik pasal tidur.
Camne nak dapatkan tidur yang nyenyak.
Yang bile bangun pagi esok nye.
Segar bugar.
Pastu nanti, nak tido awal pon senang.

1. Keep your bedroom quiet, dark and comfortable.
2. Eat right, sleep tight. Do not go to bed in kelaparan condition.
3. Have regular exercise everyday, but refrain any exercise 4 hours before going to bed.
4. Only use your bed to sleep.
5. Do not take naps after 3pm. (Nap = less than 1 hour)
6. Relax before bedtime, at least 5 minutes before going to bed.
7. Get up and sleep at the same time everyday.
8. No caffeine 4 hours before get to bed.
9. Do something that boring yourself until you feel sleepy.
10. Think about what good you have done today, and forgive everyone that might hurt you.

With some fixing here and there.
Assimilate some parts with my lifestyle.
Then, terjadi lah 10 ways for me to get a better sleep.
Okay, lets try to do this tonight.
